Last night, while MomoDaddy Dave Chang was rumored to be killing turtles in Kyoto (yes), his Ssäm Bar team, led by chef Tien Ho and wine director Cory Lane (very close followers of the Ssäm experience will note a promotion here), celebrated their three star victory at the restaurant. Spanish and rose bubbly was poured, a huge heaping pile of Chinese food delivery was had and later, the sweet sweet bourbon flowed.
