From the inbox: "Tis the season for scams. Restaurants/bars on the lower east side watch out. I just had a guy (45ish) come in and work the service call we had for our water heater/refrigeration. Interesting as they are both working fine. As soon as I told him I needed to check with our FOH manager if we had a call, he said he would check his dispatch and bolted.
