Florence Fabricant reports that Sue Torres has left the MePa Mexican restaurant Los Dados and will cook only at her Chelsea restaurant Sueños. Her sous chef Mario Vavar, who has been there since the restaurant opened last August, will take over a executive chef. [Diner's Journal]
