Everyone's favorite 16 seed elimination challenge—the annual Curbed Cup—continues! For those unfamiliar with the game, Curbed is putting 16 neighborhoods—this time they're focusing on microneighborhoods—head to head over the next few weeks in an effort to find the 2008 Neighborhood of the Year. The next neighborhoods up for elimination: Upper East Bowery vs. The Old East Village and Columbus Circle vs. Downtown Brooklyn. Get out the vote! [Curbed]
