The Hell's Kitchen location of NYC ICY leaves us just as quickly as it came, and the locals aren't taking it well: "The audible 'NO!' I let out while walking alone on the sidewalk today barely touches the surface of my grief." The good news: The Kensington location is still open and a rep there tells us there's a chance of HK reopening in the summer (though the space is currently on the market). [Life with Food and Drink]
