Union Square: The sign above, currently pasted to the door of the music venue The Fillmore, aka Irving Plaza, reveals that Wolfgang Puck is finally making an entree into New York. Yes, it is his catering and events company, something that can be found in airports across the country, but it's the big WP nonetheless. Tellers at the venue tell us that Puck has taken over the bar areas and will introduce food sometime in the next two months.
