UPPER EAST SIDE— Some lease woes and relocation news from TONY: "UES neighborhood stalwart Paola’s is moving from its East 84th Street perch to replace Joanna’s in the nearby Wales Hotel. The move can be chalked up to that perennial issue: loss of lease." [TONY]

EAST VILLAGEBelcourt is turning one and launching a new fall menu. They've also announced a few special nights—Sunday you can get a burger and beer for $16, Monday is pasta night, and Tuesday is discounted wine night. [EaterWire]

MIDTOWN WESTThe Russian Tea Room is now offering a plate of $25 sliders: "...the three different sliders consist of salmon, avocado, tomato and cucumber with rémoulade and pickled onions, veal with comte cheese, wild mushrooms and melted onions, and Kobe beef with black truffles, gruyere cheese and foie gras–caramelized onions, all served with a basket of herb fries."
