A tipster alerts us to he fact that the Cooper Square Hotel now has some actual info on their website. It's quite the jazzy little number, but sadly we don't learn too much more about Govind Armstrong's Table 8 except the usual blurb about "the highest quality local products with seasonal ingredients sourced from only the finest artisanal growers." Last we heard the restaurant probably won't be ready to the public until late January/early February. [EaterWire]
