Butcher Bay

Some updates on the Seymour Burton space from the Feedbag. They've finally chosen a name—Butcher Bay— owner Adam Cohn says he's about a month out (though we've heard that before), and we've got some menu details: "The idea is food that, if you grew up in the Mid-Atlantic states, you’d eat at a street fair or county fair. So there will be pan-fried Maryland style fried chicken, and also crabcakes, fish and chips, and the fried oyster and bacon po boy we did at Seymour Burton will make a return."
