SPONSORED POST: Eater Inside Miami Il Gabbiano

This month, our friends at Fontainebleau Miami Beach are sponsoring a tour of the city's hottest real estate, restaurants, and fashions. After a massive, multi-year makeover, the iconic, 1,600+ room resort reopened last weekend in style, with a grand opening celebration and fashion show by Victoria's Secret.

FONTAINEBLEAU

This here is Il Gabbiano, the Italian scenester from Gino and Fernando Masci, the former owners—pre-cash-out—of Il Mulino. If the Greenwich Village original is decadent rustic, this one, in Downtown Miami at the One Miami building, is decadent breezy, with Biscayne Bay views. What the venues have in common: Hella expensive, but well-liked, modern Italian food and bearish bread/cheese plates. The restaurant turns one this month. [Photo: Maria Lankina]
