Lawsuits

Midtown Lunch reports that Del Frisco's Steakhouse is the latest restaurant to get sued by its employees, this time for discrimination against Hispanic workers by not allowing them to take a full one-hour lunch break. From the suit: "Class action for discrimination and retaliation as well as violation of New York State labor laws for complaints about these violations. The defendants treated their Hispanic employees disparately and did not allow their Hispanic employees to take meal breaks as required by state law." [ML]
