A few minor updates from last night's CB3 meeting. Zagat brings word that the Mo Pitkins space was bought by the owners of uptown's Aces & Eights, who were quickly approved. Vasmay got approval to move spaces, and Bowery Hotel, for renewal. One point they don't note: an applicant called Samburger on St. Marks between 2nd and 3rd was turned down primarily because of oversaturation, but also because the board members thought one good burger joint, Paul's, was enough for the neighborhood.
