An ex-Olive Garden and Burger King exec is taking his chain-building prowess to Williamsburg. The first of what his hopes to be multiple Green Canteens will open at 106 N 6th, according to Thorn: "The 3000-square foot, 74-seat restaurant will...focus on seasonal ingredients for its 60-some-odd menu items, including ready-to-serve antipasti, salads, flatbreads and hummus bowls...checks are expected to be less than $20."
