But at Babbo you won't get a Black Truffle Explosion
or Hot Potato / Cold Potato, or some beef slathered in iced, remelted,
wasabi hand lotion
No, you'll only get things like that at Alinea
A weird and wonderful and mad eating cornocopia
of things that taste great but aren't obviously foodly
So what? People once said the same things about pizza, and confit, and
spicy abalone,
The important thing is that I get to go visit
So, Eater, please. You've got to give me a ticket!
