Per New York restaurant duchess Gael Greene: "Stephane Dorian has sent emails advising that only friends and family can reserve for the next two weeks as the long-delayed 10 Downing Street finally opens today (Wednesday). 'If you wish to join in the celebration please email me your requests for a table directly,' Dorian requests."
