A reader fills us in on a bit of a scandal involving the DOH and the gay Bar Ate Ave. From the magazine HX (NB: "Kitty Litter" is a drag queen and the "weiner" in question was an actual hot dog): "...Kitty Litter offered a weiner to a passerby outside the bar. The jerk was so offended he grabbed a mustard bottle from Ms. Litter and hosed her down...it turns out the alleged homophobe who hosed Kitty down on the street was actually an employee of the NYC Department of Health who later threatened to send surprise inspectors to Ate Ave..."
