Can't go to Le Bernardin? At least you can cook like Eric Ripert...kind of. A new strange concept for his website called "Dinner Social": Ripert creates a menu for you with wine pairings, gives you a step by step guide "that will allow you to enjoy the party rather than working at the stove for the whole time" and then invites you to share the story of your party on his site. Oh and of course, there is a bonus photo contest. We should note that before this endeavor, the site was dedicated to the Ripper's use of toaster ovens. [Avec Eric via PSFK]
