A few people have written in recently wondering about the fate of Tierra, the tapas bar next door to Sheridan Square and owned and cheffed by the same crew. So we feel the need to reiterate: the tapas bar went down with the ship. It closed along with papa Sheridan Square and the two restaurants will be sold, most likely to The Smith's team, as a unit.
