The Park Slope bar Cherry Tree, having had a series of run-ins with the Department of Health (worst score: 98), is now a poster child for the Department of Teary Shutter Signage. The basic conflict setup is that the bar feels the Department of Health has wronged them in each and every possible way. Cherry Tree taking their case to court—and to the metal gate currently shuttering their venue from the rest of the world.
