Speaking of the RG, she's got the first reveal on the interior of new Upper East Side lounge Café Notte (right), set to open Monday. This is the former DTUT space, which has been remade by the new owners with a greater emphasis on wine, "greenmarket and artisanally-bent fare"—and something about being "socially and environmentally" correct.
