Plywood Report: The Palm IV Opening at 200 Chambers in Fall '08

Tribeca: Consistent with more nebulous rumors elsewhere, the legendary steakhouse The Palm will open at 200 Chambers Street, a new luxury building on the border of FiDi and Tribeca. Projected opening date: Fall 2008. This makes four Palms in New York, with the others being on Second Avenue -- the Palm and the Palm Too -- and West 50th Street. [PLYWOOD]
