Ross Provenzano, the owner of Buster's Garage, the Tribeca sports bar trying desperately to reopen somewhere in Lower Manhattan, has installed horrendous flood lights at the garage he owns on Leonard Street. Neighbors are crying that the move was retaliatory, because they're opposing his SLA application for Buster's.
