Williamsburg's so-called Fishtank Building (right), a longstanding Curbed obsession, seems to have scored its very own steakhouse (?) called Pampa Grill. If the restaurant is taking over all three floors of this very unique building, it'll become one of the more architecturally interesting dining destinations going. Bottomless Dish checks in from here too, wondering, "How much skirt steak can this neighborhood handle?" Additional intel welcomed. [Curbed/BD]
