Tribeca doesn't usually get cool-guy bars, but here's one. Tokyo Bar, just going through the open buzz cycle this week (it's open for dinner tonight as of 5 PM), is the upstairs cafe to B Flat's downstairs cocktail den. The Rare Daily color coming at ya: "There are traditional dishes such as Omu-Rice (an omelet and rice dish) and Japanese-styled curry. And, then it gets really interesting: take Napolitan, a spaghetti meets ketchup marriage (apparently, everyone loves pasta in Japan), and Parmesan Flavored Pork Loin Cutlet." The chef here is Kensuke Kuri (Len). Pete Wells, put this one on the $25 and Under calendar for early November.
