DAILY DOH—Apparently, Soho eatery Ushiwaka Maru's dinner service was interrupted last night when the DOH decided to stop by. An Eater informant writes: "I didn't see it, but my co-worker -- an Ushi regular -- tried to get seated last night a little after 8 pm, only to be turned away by restaurant staff explaining that they would not be serving fish for the evening. Why? Something to do with the DoH inspector who was in the middle of forcing them to throw out every piece of fish in the restaurant during the dinner rush. DoH: is that some sort of graft I smell?
