Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, The Tailor Menu Revealed!

A full year delayed, Sam Mason's Tailor is finally opening tonight; it is open to friends and family and walk-ins (per Urbandaddy) this evening, with a more public opening to following tomorrow. The menu, sent to us from deep inside the house staff (fact; see also, the image above), seems to be divided into three sections: Salty and Sweet dishes and Cocktails. Given the fact the price point of the cocktails is on par with the Salty food selections, we're going to present all three as the complete Sam Mason Experience. Mason won't believe this, but we're rooting for him here: either this is going to be an epic disaster or the biggest up-yours a chef has ever issued the New York restaurant scene.
