TRIBECA—Let's kick off today's 'Wire with some positive news. An ebullient reader writes, "if it's good enough for danny meyer, le bernardin, and jgv, it's good enough for me. the best coffee in philly (and the world?!) la colombe is finally officially coming to the city--church and lispenard. let the jitter-free celebration begin!" GRAMURRAY/RED HOOK—Runnin' Scared has a report from the last night at Grammury Irish bar Rocky Sullivan's, which, due to rent increases, has relocated to Red Hook. That's the bad news. The good news is that: "The new Rocky's, the former Liberty Heights Tap Room, is four times bigger than the old Lex location and has an outdoor deck." They'll be serving a traditional pub grub-type menu and will still have live music and readings. See? All is not lost. [Runnin' Scared]

NORTH CHELSEA—Some non-news on Amy Sacco's nightspot Bungalow 8: the place isn't going anywhere. Apparently, the lady just renewed the lease on the space on West 27th Street and Tenth Avenue for another 15 years. That neighborhood just might make it after all. [Guest of a Guest]
