3) East Village: A tipster emails, "Re: the shuttering of Pizzeria Uno on 55 3rd Avenue between 10th and 11th. A few months back, the owners of Jane and The Neptune Room made a deal to have the lease at 553rd Avenue turned over to them starting July 1.
