The Beach has landed some new details on Nobu East Hampton, which, out of nowhere, will operate this season on "a couple of weekends in July and August." The most significant news of all is that this is a trial run for 2008. If all goes well -- and here's hoping it does -- with the 2008 summer season will come a full-time Nobu Beach. Yahtzee.
