Good scoop on 1 Canal St. (Corner of Essex). Keith McNally has just offered above the asking price on 1 Canal. Anthony and Tom Martignetti made an offer in March and recently upped their offer to the asking price. Both parties are aggressively pursuing this space and it looks like there will be a bidding war.Please consume with an appropriately large grain of salt. Still, verrrrry interesting.
