Word from a tipster on the block: "Just walking the dog and noticed that unmistakable yellow flyer: something called "Hearth Restaurants d/b/a Terroir" plans to open a "wine bar/restaurant" at 413 E 12th St. That's the old Bike By George space, and just a few doors down from Hearth itself.
