Eater Inside: Soto

This stop on the Eater Express, Soto. Sotohiro Kosugi, a Food & Wine Best New Chef, was something of a cult hero when he closed his Atlanta sushi restaurant (it was open for 11 years) and in his NY restaurant (opened on 5/7) he will likely ascend the ranks of the sushi gods quickly. He is cagey about his menu and wouldn't give us a copy, but you can expect the $80 15-course tasting to be the main event. Design is by Hiro Tsuruta, whose past projects are ChikaLicious and Momofuku Noodle Bar.
