By the end of the night we'll find out if McNally or Nieporent (or, gasp, neither) walks away with Restaurateur of the Year honors; whether Brennan's Picholine, renewed and reinvented, will take the Top Restaurant medal; and who among Chang, Humm, Nate Appleman, Graham Bowles and Patrick Conelly will get the Rising Star nod.
