Meatpacking District: David Rabin and Will Regan, of Lotus and Double Seven fame, will team with Sue Torres, chef/owner of Rocking Horse Cafe and Suenos, on Los Dados. The 75-seater, plus an adjacent taqueria and 50 seats outside, is located at 73 Gansevoort Street, formerly Meet. Handmade tortillas and tacos will be the focus, to be accompanied by a drinks menu of serious tequilas and mezcals. The venue, right smack at the base of the High Line, is slated for June. [PLYWOOD]
