EaterWire: Conant Heads to Sag Harbor And More!

SAG HARBORCutlets reported earlier that Scott Conant, of L'Impero and Alto fame, had parted ways with ownership of both restaurants. The denouement to the story: Conant will be the chef of Il Tutto Giorno, an Italian restaurant in soft open in Sag Harbor. The restaurant is owned by ex-Conde Nast CEO Steve Florio. [EaterWire]

SOHO—Hudson Square Mediterranean restaurant Dani has begun a "Celebration of Wild Salmon." Apparently, this time of year is the fish's peak season. Chef Don Pintabona and team are preparing a few varieties of salmon, such as Sockeye and Copper River, as they become available. The specials began a few days ago and will last as long as the salmon supply does, which, according to the restaurant, is about a month. [EaterWire]
