I'm the guy that wrote in earlier regarding the Brooklyn Inn closing. Your recent post sounds correct but I can maybe fill in some blanks. One of the owners of the Inn also owns the building. So I guess that makes him both landlord and tenant. Basically, he wants more revenues generated from the space and $6.00 beers don't cut it. $14.00 omelettes certainly do. It's gonna be a bistro.
