BruniBetting: Rosanjin

Tomorrow, Frank Bruni reviews Rosanjin, the Japanese restaurant specializing in kaiseki cuisine. Today, the Eater oddsmakers have set the action as follows:

Zero Stars: 5-1
One Star: 3-1
Two Stars: 5-1 ??
Three Stars: 30-1
Four Stars: 15,000-1
What we have here today is a big fat wild card. Rosanjin has gotten some attention, but has generally flown under the radar. That the Frank is reviewing it must indicate that something about it got his attention. If the restaurant is successful in executing the kaiseki, it'll get two stars. If it's not, it's a zero or one scenario, one being the case of some serious high notes in a sea of mediocrity. One is probably the most likely outcome here, but it's been a while since Eater rolled the dice: Two stars for Rosanjin.
