Eater Inside: Peri Ela

This is Peri Ela, just weeks old, one of a large handful of Turkish restaurants in Manhattan. We have to say we don't know too much about this one, though early reviews from locals have been very positive. Standout dishes include flat breads and the lamb chop. NB: it's cash only and BYO for the time being.
