TIME WARNER CENTER—Café Gray, Gray Kuntz's eponymous restaurant in the Time Warner Center is quietly testing out menu items for Grayz, Kuntz's new haute small plates and private function restaurant coming soon, "Fall," to 13-15 West 54th Street. In the brasserie area of Cafe Gray, you'll find said treats listed under "Finger Food." For the time being the menu is as follows: Crabmeat Fritters, pepper – saffron aïoli 23; Fisher's Island Oysters and Shrimp Cocktail vodka granité 24; Tamarind Glazed Chicken Lollipops, cauliflower and yogurt 15; and Steak Tartarte tenderloin carpaccio and ketjap manis 20.
