From Tribeca, a tipster sends along the above pic and these words: "Walking home last night I noticed signs all over the windows of Dekk so I walked over. Looks like a new place called DeLuxe is opening on April 1 in place of Dekk. The other signs say stuff like Oysters, Jazz, and other random food words giving some idea of what they'll be serving."
