WEST VILLAGE/SOHO—Step sister restaurant to Midwood pizza mecca Di Fara, DeMarco's, has likely decided to call it quits after one of its employees, Alfredo Romero Morales, was shot to death in the restaurant as part of last week's horrific West Village shootout. The restaurant has been closed since the incident -- though the exterior has played host to an makeshift memorial for Morales -- and now it seems it will stay that way. Though it is undeniably tragic, the whole thing, it's probably prudent to note the venue was about four minutes from being Deathwatched anyway. [NYP]
