Previews were written, and we'd already been Inside. But this photo, taken yesterday morning at 10:15am, confirms: Spanish tapas joint Mercat is officially NOT open. Word is that the opening has been pushed to March 21st, due to a gas line being not yet operational. Our mistake. When it's ready we'll let you know.
