Last we saw our hero he was serving breakfast in conjunction with Market neighbor Saxelby Cheesemongers (stalls #17 and 16, respectively) while waiting for permits to come through. The subject line of the email that fronted the above bit of Shopsin gametime fun: "permits maze almost over".
