Michael Psilakis gets another west side shingle, with the opening of Anthos in the West 52nd Street space that was last home to Acqua Pazza. Psilakis can cook, but it's going to cost ya. While Meehan won't be by here any time soon, you and your expense account should certainly have a look. Expect offerings such as Lamb Chop, Loin & Mousaka jerusalem artichoke puree, garlic confit (40 bucks).
