Mimi Sheraton: La Grenouille, Da Silvano, Balthazar

Jennifer Leuzzi, Snack: Atelier de Robuchon, Anything Momo, Balthazar

Danyelle Freeman, NY Daily News Food Critic, aka The RG: Upstairs at Bouley, Yakitori Totto and Gramercy Tavern.

Zach Brooks, Midtown Lunch: Momofuku Noodle Bar, Kefi & Tia Pol.

Ben Lerer, Thrillist: Lure, Lupa, Yama
