MIDTOWN EAST—We have it on good authority that Patricia Yeo has parted ways with Monkey Bar, the restaurant just a few months out of an overhaul, but an overhaul that has not been met warmly by the critics (with a score of 24, the worst Indexing restaurant in New York at present). Yeo just in late August had parted ways with her previous restaurant Sapa in order to focus more on Monkey Bar. At the time she'd indicated that her departure from Sapa was, in fact, to focus on Monkey Bar. No replacement has been installed at Monkey Bar as yet. We're awaiting further comment from Yeo.
