To mark the release of their 2008 Guide to New York, Michelin is holding a panel discussion this Thursday, October 11 at Borders Books & Music, Time Warner Center. Panelists will include Jean-Luc Naret, director of the Michelin Guide; Jay Cheshes, former restaurant critic at Gourmet; and Danyelle Freeman of restaurantgirl.com and restaurant critic at New York Daily News. The panel will be moderated by Dorothy Cann Hamilton, founder and CEO of the International Culinary Center. Start time is 7 PM. [Michelin]
