Kate Krader reports that chef Katy Sparks, a 1998 Best New, will be a consulting chef at 10 Downing, where Scott Bryan had been rumored to have been consulting: "Sparks, whose wonderful market-driven food is featured in her recent cookbook Sparks in the Kitchen, is consulting at 10 Downing.
