I haven't seen this anywhere, so I thought I'd slide this little tidbit under your door. If you take a look at the Opentable profile for Per Se, you get the following:Indeed so. MenuGate participants (and general dining royalty amongst us), consider yourselves on notice.
"Please note: Starting January 10th, 2007, Per Se will be offering only two prix fixe menus: a nine course tasting of seasonal vegetables and their signature nine course chef's tasting menu, each for $250. The seven course menu will no longer be available."
The previous price for their 9-course menu was $210.
