Waverly Innsanity: Mac 'n Cheese Moved to Thursday, Prices Hiked

The status in these parts hasn't elevated to Innsanity lately, which is probably an oversight on our part. But lo, just into the inbox is a new preview menu from the Waverly Inn. Much has changed since that glorious day in November, the first time we posted a Waverly menu. Well, two things at least. Firstly, in a genius move, The Graydon has moved his world famous macaroni and cheese with white shaved truffles from Monday to Thursday. Hotter dish for a hotter night. Also, and, frankly, more importantly, prices have increased. For example, the pork chop has gone from $21 to $24, the dover sole from $36 to $39. Not offensive, but certainly a bit of an unconventional move to make mid friends-and-family.
